ISLAMABAD, Feb 22 (Online): Jail administration has refused to shift Bushra Bibi wife of PTI founder to jail on security reasons.
The petition filed by Bushra Bibi seeking her shifting from Bani Gala to Adiala Jail came up for hearing in Islamabad High Court (IHC) .
Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb took up the petition for hearing Thursday.
Superintendent Adiala jail filed his report in the court wherein the jail administration refused to shift Bushra Bibi to jail.
The administration was of the view that we have less space in jail. 250 women are already imprisoned therein. There are security concerns as well. The court adjourned the hearing of the case for two weeks.
