ISLAMABAD, JAN 20 (ONLINE): Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad has extended interim bail of former speaker National Assembly (NA) Asad Qaisar till February 14 in 26 No Chungi vandalizing case.
ATC judge Abual Hasanat Zulqarnain took up for hearing bail before arrest plea of PTI leader in 26 No chungi vandalizing case Monday.
Asad Qaisar did not appear in the court. However defence counsel Ayesha Khalid appeared in the court.
Defence counsel Ayesha Khalid filed exemption from attendance plea of Asad Qaisar during hearing of the case.
The court while accepting the plea extended interim bail till February 14.
It is pertinent to mention here case against PTI leader Asad Qaisar was registered in police station Sangjani.
