119 accused including Imran, Shah Mehmood Qureshi ordered to appear on next hearing in GHQ attack case

RAWALPINDI, April 09 (ONLINE): 119 accused persons including PTI founder Imran Khan and foreign minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi have been ordered to appear on next hearing in GHQ attack case.
GHQ attack case came up for hearing in Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi Wednesday.

Judge Amjad Ali Shah of Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi Wednesday heard the case.

Former provincial minister Punjab Raja Basharat appeared in the court.

The attendance of chief minister KP Ali Amin Gandapur was also marked. Call up notices were issued to all 119 accused in GHQ attack case.
The court issued call up notice in respect of two witnesses.

The court ordered PTI founder Imran Khan to appear before it. Former foreign minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi was also ordered to appear before the court from Lahore jail on April 12.

The court issued order to defence counsels for cross questioning the witnesses on next hearing.

The court ordered investigation team in GHQ attack case to appear in Adiala jail with complete record saying call up notice was issued to magistrate Mujtaba and witness inspector Riaz in connection with next hearing.

The court said case will be decided as per 4 months direction of Supreme Court (SC). No respondent will be given adjournment without justification next.

Hearing of GHQ attack case will take place twice in a week. Statements of 25 witnesses have been recorded in GHQ attack case.

The court adjourned hearing of GHQ attack case till April 12.
