JEDDAH, Jan 20 :The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has announced that February 14, 2025, will be the final date for Hajj affairs offices in various countries to complete their contracts for services related to the upcoming 1446 AH Hajj season.
The ministry emphasized that all contracts must be processed through the Nusuk Masar platform, the official system designated for Hajj pilgrims from abroad.
According to the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, it has outlined a detailed timeline for tasks to be completed by Hajj offices, comprising eight critical phases. The contracting phase began on October 23, 2024, corresponding to the 20th of Rabi’ Al-Thani 1446 AH.

To ensure seamless arrangements for pilgrims, the ministry has underscored the importance of adhering to Saudi Arabia’s regulations, including specific requirements for air and ground transportation. Offices are also required to comply with security, health, and procedural guidelines specified in agreements between the ministry and relevant authorities in each country.
The ministry clarified that no additional contracts will be accepted after the February 14 deadline. Following this, quotas for pilgrims from various countries will be finalized, and the visa issuance process will commence immediately.
