Earthquake of magnitude 6.1 in Nepal, no loss reported

KATHMANDU Oct 22 (Online): Strong tremors of earthquake have been felt in Nepal.

The 6.1-magnitude earthquake struck at 7:24 a.m. local time with its epicenter in Dhading, 55 kilometers (35 miles) west of Kathmandu, Arab media reported, citing Nepal’s National Seismological Center.

No loss of life or property has been reported from the earthquake yet, but information is being collected.
