BELGOROD 03 July (Online): In Russia at least three people were killed and dozens of homes damaged in the city of Belgorod near the Ukraine border due to blasts.
Regional Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov posted on the his Telegram message that at least 11 apartment buildings and 39 private houses were damaged.
The regional governor has said as Kyiv acknowledged it could lose its last big bastion in eastern Ukraine to Kremlin forces.
He added, at least four people were injured and two hospitalized, including a 10-year-old boy.
