PESHAWAR July 23 (Online): Heavy rains in Khyber Pakhtun Khawa (PK) province have caused four died and one another injured, Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) issued statistics of loss in rains and floods across the province on Sunday.
Seven houses completely and 67 partially destroyed cross the province.
39 in lower Chitral and 19 houses in upper Chitral were damaged.
Relief authorities’ spokesperson told that support items has been provided to effectees in upper Chitral. People of sensitive areas have been shifted to safe places from lower Chitral.
District administration has also cleared roads toward Lower Dir.
