WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram face another outrage in Pakistan

ISLAMABAD – November 2 (ONLINE) Major Social Media sites including WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram on Wednesday faced yet another outrage across country, media reports said.

“WhatsApp down” trended on twitter as the website said the apps went down in the evening.

The company that owns WhatsApp and Facebook – the Meta, is somehow yet to address the matter.

Several users took to their twitter accounts to complain about outrage, stating that they were having problems with connectivity and logging into accounts.

Last week, WhatsApp was down for two hours in a global outage. WaBetaInfo, an online platform that tracks updates to WhatsApp, said the outage was caused due to server issues.
