Pak collapses at 272 on final day of test series with SA

In the final test match of cricket series between Pakistan and South Africa that took place at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium on Friday, whole Pakistan team got bowled out at 272 runs.

Moreover, team Pakistan resumed the automatically cu short day due to rain on a 143-5 score rate.

Babar Azam could not add more to his previous score of 77 during second match of the series whereas, Fawad Alam added just three runs making a score of 45 in the day series.

The highest score of 78 (not out) was accomplished by Faheem Ashraf from team Pakistan; meanwhile, South Africa’s fast bowler Anrich Nortje took 5-56 and Keshav Maharaj finished with 3-90.

The decision of opting to bat first after winning the toss by team Pakistan was made by Baber Azam. Without the further loss in wickets, Azam and fawad batted responsible to take the score rate to 145 while the hosts were at 22-3. The match could not be resumed after tea-break as the rain in Rawalpindi delayed the match.

Furthermore, South Africa replaced one player Wiaan Mulder by Lungi Ngidi. The Green Caps retained their winning combination from the first Test.
