Colombo Aug 13 (Online): National team’s wicketkeeper batsman Muhammad Haris has crossed an important milestone in T20 cricket. He has completed 1000 runs in T20 matches.
In the LPL, B Low Candy secured their place in the LPL 2023 playoffs with a thrilling eight-run win over Jaffna Kings, thanks to Mohammad Haris’ explosive innings of 81 runs.
Haris hit 10 fours and two sixes in his top score of 81 off 51 balls. Haris also crossed the milestone of 1000 runs in T20 matches during his brilliant innings of 81 runs.
Since his debut in October 2020, he has the highest strike rate among Pakistani batsmen with over 1000 T20 runs. His strike rate is an impressive 148.75, followed by Asif Ali at 145.42, Saeem Ayub at 144.75, Azam Khan at 144.05, and Khushdil Shah at 143.42.
