MUMBAI Sep 26 (Online): Afghanistan cricket team has reached India to participate in World Cup 2023.
The Afghanistan cricket team will play the first warm-up match against South Africa on Friday, for which the Afghan cricketers have reached India. The photos taken on the arrival of the Afghanistan team in India have also been shared on the Afghanistan Cricket Board’s X account.
It should be noted that the first match of the World Cup tournament will be held on October 5, while the Pakistani team will play its first match against the Netherlands on October 6 and the Pakistan-India match will be held in Ahmedabad on October 14. A total of 48 matches will be played during the World Cup. World Cup 2023 final will be held on 19 November 2023.
