ISLAMABAD Oct 04 (Online): Pakistan Olympic Association (POA) announced cash prize for squash team who won silver medal in Asian games.
According to details POA held ceremony to congratulate squash team who won silver medal in Asian Games.
President POA LT General (r) Syed Arif Hassan was chief guest on the occasion.
Arif Hassan congratulated Nasir Iqbal, Noor Zaman, Asim Khan Frhan Zaman on wining silver medal in event. He said despite limited resources teams access to event like asian games is good.
Although there is a feel of sorrow on defeat near to winning however you should learn from your mistakes and improve your performance, said the president POA.
On this occasion Pakistan Olympic Association secretary Khalid Mehmood, Dr Asad Abbas and other officials were present.
At the end of event president POA Syed Arif Hassan announced cash prize for player to appreciate them.
