ISLAMABAD, OCT 09 (Online): At least 29 patients lost lives and 955 tested positive due to corona virus during the last 24 hours in the country.
According to the National Command and Operation Center (NCOC) data 557 tests were conducted of which 955 reported positive taking the tally of positive cases to 1,257,188.
The positivity ration stands at 2.14 percent.
29 people have succumbed to the virus taking the death tally to 28,087.
1,222 patients have recovered from COVID-19 in the last 24 hours across the country, taking the tally of recoveries to 1,185,749. Active cases stand at 43,352.
As many as 89,719,686 doses of COVID vaccines have been administered so far in the country.
