9 deaths occurred, 4027 tested positive during last 24 hours

Islamabad, January 16 (Online): At least 9 people lost lives due to corona virus and 4027 tested positive during the last 24 hours in the country.
According to latest data 51,236 corona tests were conducted during last 24 hours of which 4027 returned positive. The tally of positive cases has surged to 1,324,147.

As many as 499,830 coronavirus cases have been reported in Sindh, 452,261in Punjab,182,199 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa,110,963 in Islamabad, 34,750 in Azad Kashmir, 33,699 in Balochistan and 10,445 in Gilgit-Baltistan.

With the latest 9 deaths tally of fatalities has reached 29,012.
13,088 individuals have died due to the epidemic in Punjab,7,694in Sindh,5,958 in KP, 969 in Islamabad, 749 in Azad Kashmir, 367 in Balochistan, and 187 in GB.

1,263,584 patients have recovered in the country while 752 patients are stated to be in critical condition 166,837,089 corona virus doses have been administered to the citizens all over the country.
