2 deaths reported, 514 tested positive due to corona virus in last 24 hours

ISLAMABAD, March 17 (Online): 2 fatalities were reported and 514 tested positive due to corona virus during the last 24 hours in the country.

The National Command and Operation Center (NCOC) fresh statistics said 38595 tests were conducted of which 514 returned positive taking the total number of positive cases to 1520634.

Positivity ratio stands at 1.33 percent.
As per province wise details 572,868 coronavirus cases have been reported in Sindh, 504,142 in Punjab, 218,433 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 134,887 in Islamabad, 43,200 in Azad Kashmir, 35,453 in Balochistan and 11,651 in Gilgit-Baltistan so far.

With addition of two deaths during the last 24 hours the tally of fatalities has soared to 30319.
13,541 fatalities have taken place due to the epidemic in Punjab, 8,091 in Sindh, 6,306 in KP, 1,022 in Islamabad, 790 in Azad Kashmir, 378 in Balochistan and 191 in GB so far. .

As many as 219,368,557 doses with 678,788 in the last 24 hours have been administered so far in the count ry. .
1,472,828 patients have recovered in the country while 546 patients are reported to be in critical condition.
