He gained recognition through his iconic Coke Studio renditions, such as Charkha No Lakha and Sammi Meri Waar. He has also appeared in several acting projects, including Mor Mahal and Yalghaar. Umair Jaswal was previously married to Sana Javed, but the couple quietly separated in 2023. In October 2024, he remarried. Currently, the acclaimed singer is not active in the music scene and has a very limited presence on social media.
