Saif Ali Khan’s sister Saba Ali Khan pens a heartfelt note for Jeh’s nanny and another female staff member, she describes them as the ‘unsung heroes’
Saif Ali Khan has been in the headlines for the past couple of days, unfortunately owing to a robbery and stabbing incident at his Bandra residence. The good news is that the Pataudi Nawab after getting the required medical care and attention, is out of danger and has returned home. He got a warm welcome from his family, and his entire house was lit up like Diwali, as everyone celebrated his speedy recovery and wished him great health. Amid all this, Saif Ali Khan’s sister, Saba Khan took to her social media story to share a couple of selfies with his female staff members who took in the challenging times with the actor.
Saba wanted to express her heartfelt gratitude to Jeh’s nanny Eliyama Philip and another female staff member, and thus, taking to her social media handle, she shared a few pictures with a sweet note that read – “The unsung heroes… who literally pulled their weight when it mattered most! Bless you both n ALL those who contributed in keeping my brother n his family safe! You are the BEST.”
During the entire crisis, Saba tried to hold on to the tiniest rays of hope. When everyone was worried sick about Saif, she took to her social media handle to offer an update. She wrote – “So good to be back and spend time with bhai (heart emoji). Happy to see him stay positive and recover gradually and steadily during the past 2 days. While I didn’t realise I’d fractured my finger until recently, reminding bhai n I of abba’s (father’s) cricket injuries! I was tempted to leave mine to set like his, by doing nothing (winking face emoji) but that didn’t pan out! Glad to be with family! Always together (hugging face emoji).”
