MUMBAI, Dec 12 |(Online): It is hard to wrap your head aroud the fact that actor Hrithik Roshan, otherwise known as the Greek God of Bollywood suffered from body image and confidence issues as a child. However, the 48-year-old has had his share of ups and downs as he candidly revealed recently.
The War actor, in an interview to The Indian Express, opened up on his tramautic childhood and what a painful phase that was. The actor revealed that he used to stammer as a child, because of which he was bullied at school and had no friends, let alone a girlfriend. Revealing that he used to come home and only cry, Hrithik added that those were extremely difficult days.
Moving on, the Super 30 actor said that to make matters worse, doctors advised him not to become an actor, since he won’t be able to dance, because of the problems with his spine. Recalling those days, Hrithik said that he was surrounded by a sense of hopelessness for many months, but he eventually brushed himself up and emerged stronger, while working on his mental and physical health.
