MUMBAI, MARCH 16 (Online): Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone are set to collaborate for the first time for ‘Fighter’. All eyes are more on this film after the success of ‘Pathaan’ since it’s directed by Siddharth Anand. Recently, the team has finished the Kashmir schedule of the film and now as per a report, the cast and crew is prepping for some intense sequences to be shot in Mumbai in the coming days.
The actors are gearing up for some pivotal scenes which will be shot in a schedule, set to being from March 19, as per a report in Pinkvilla. This schedule will go on till April 30 and it includes many days of prep too since, these are some intense sequences. The actors are going to shoot at some real locations in Mumbai. Talat Aziz plays Hrithik’s father in the film and some emotional father-son scenes are also going to be shot in this Mumbai schedule of the film.
Meanwhile, April will be heavy on action and hence requires prep work.
Recently, Siddharth said in an interview that Deepika’s character is giving a ‘takkar’ to Hrithik’s character in the film. Hence, the actress is also expected to pull off some hardcore never-seen-before action.
‘Fighter’ which is touted as India’s first aerial action franchise also stars Anil Kapoor in a key role apart from Karan Singh Grover and Akshay Oberoi. The film is also produced by Siddharth Anand along with his wife Mamta. The music is composed by Vishal-Sheykhar who also composed for ‘Pathaan’. ‘Fighter’ is said to have five songs.
