She posted a video capturing her husband Ranveer Singh's speechless reaction after watching the film at a cinema hall. Ranveer, visibly moved, remarked on the surreal experience of seeing Deepika's character pregnant on screen while she is pregnant in real life, expressing disbelief in a humorous tone. In the video, Deepika herself appears overwhelmed by the reactions, admitting she doesn't know how to feel amidst the positive feedback pouring in for the film. Directed by Nag Ashwin, 'Kalki 2898 AD' is a post-apocalyptic sci-fi inspired by Hindu scriptures, set in the year 2898 AD.
