KARACHI – July 20 (ONLINE) Bushra Iqbal, the ex-wife of late host and media personality Dr. Amir Liaquat Hussain, requested people for prayers on the occasion of Hussain’s ‘Chehlum’, a ceremony to mark 40 days of someone’s death.
“May Allah Pak forgive Dr Aamir Liaquat Hussain (Marhoom) and elevate his ranks above there, may Allah forgive his wrongdoings and accept his forgiveness,” Bushra tweeted on Wednesday.
“Today is the 40th day since he has passed away. You all are requested to pray for the forgiveness of the deceased,” she added.
Dr. Amir Liaquat, a known media personality had passed away mysteriously some forty days ago, after he became part of headlines for his personal life controversies.
