ISLAMABAD, Feb 25 (APP): Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) has extended admissions deadline for the programs offered in the first phase of semester spring 2022 till March 07,2022.
According to AIOU, these academic programs includes matriculation, intermediate and I Com. As per the extension order fresh applicants can apply till March 7 while continuing students can submit their admission application form till March 21, 2022.
Late fee charges for matriculation programs are three hundred rupees whereas for intermediate and I Com, students will deposit five hundred rupees in addition to the admission fee as late fee charges.
This extension in the deadline has been granted by Prof Dr Zia Ul-Qayyum, VC, AIOU after receiving hundreds of applications from the prospective candidates across the country.
Designated bank branches have also been instructed to facilitate the students in this regard. Admission application forms and prospectuses for all these programs are available online on the university website (www.aiou.edu.pk).
Students are not required to send printed form to the university in case of online submission of admission application. Students can also obtain admission application form and prospectus from the main campus of the university or regional offices and can deposit their fee manually.
