ISLAMABAD 26 May (Online): Federal minister of revenue and finance senator Ishaq Dar met United States (US) ambassador to Pakistan Donald Blome here in Islamabad on Friday (Yesterday).
Ishaq Dar welcomed Donald Blome.
He told US ambassador about Pak-US historic and sustainable bilateral relation on economic and trade front.
Finance minister also told him about economic sustainability and his policies and priorities to deal with challenging economic environment.
Both sides discussed affairs of bilateral interests of current relations.
Ishaq Dar also informed Donald Blome about government’s wisely designed policies of expenditures and recoveries to fulfill national and international responsibilities.
He also told US envoy those about those various economic departments in which both countries can strengthen relations.
Donald Blome was also told about ongoing IMF program and government interest to complete it.
US ambassador stressed that both countries have good relations and expressed his confidence over economic sustainability and economic policies and programs for people development and welfare.
He also expressed his well for the cooperation to promote bilateral economic, investment and trade relations.
Finance minister thanked US envoy Donald Blome and reiterated his intent to strengthen bilateral trade and investment relations.
