CPPA, K-Electric move NEPRA for scaling up power tariff

ISLAMABAD, April 26 (Online): Central Power Purchasing Agency (CPPA) has filed application with NEPRA seeking increase in power tariff under Fuel Price Adjustment (FPA) for March.

CPPA has sought increase in power tariff by Rs 1.17 per unit for DISCOs consumers.

NEPRA will hear the application submitted by CPPA on May 03.

On the other hand K-Electric has also requested NEPRA to scale up power tariff by Rs 4.49 per unit.

NEPRA will hear the K-Electric application on May 3 too.
