LCCI President Faheem Ur Rehman Saigol, after hearing the concerns, assured the delegation that the Chamber remains fully committed to protecting traders’ rights. He stated that previous meetings with relevant customs officials had already paved the way for resolving several issues, and the Chamber would continue these efforts consistently. He emphasized that the business community is the backbone of the national economy, and addressing their concerns is a shared responsibility.

Vice President SAARC Chamber, Mian Anjum Nisar, said the Lahore Chamber has always stood with the business community, adding that strengthening relations with regulatory bodies remains one of its top priorities. He pledged that the concerns of Container Market traders would be actively taken up and their voice would be raised at every appropriate platform.

Trader representatives appreciated the positive efforts of the Lahore Chamber and said the business community has high expectations from the current LCCI leadership. They expressed hope that the Chamber’s support and ongoing initiatives would help reduce customs-related difficulties and accelerate commercial activities in the market.
