Impartial accountability would be launched in Azad Kashmir: Prime Minister AJK talks to Senior Minister & Speaker Assembly

MUZAFFARABAD (PID) The Azad Jammu and Kashmir Prime Minister Sardar Abdul Qayyum Niazi held a meeting with the Senior Minister Sardar Tanveer Ilyas here on Thursday. Speaker of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly Chaudhry Anwar-ul-Haq was also present on the occasion. Political and governmental issues were discussed during the meeting.

Speaking on the occasion, the Prime Minister said that Azad Kashmir would be made a developed region in line with the vision of Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan.
He said the mega development package for Azad Kashmir will bring development and prosperity to the region and create employment opportunities for the people of the state.

The Prime Minister said that impartial accountability would be launched in Azad Kashmir in the light of the recommendations of the Committee set up regarding the amendment in the Accountability Act and added that the Accountability Bureau will be strengthened and made functional.

The Prime Minister said that Tourism will be given status as an industry to bring the state on the path of development and prosperity. He said the potential of Tourism and Hydro will be utilized to enhance the state revenue and will create jobs for the people at local level.

Speaking on the occasion, Senior Minister Sardar Tanveer Ilyas said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Sardar Abdul Qayyum Niazi, a new era of development and prosperity is being launched in Azad Kashmir in line with the vision of Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan. Kashmir development will also revolutionize construction and development in Azad Kashmir and will bring about socio economic changes in the lives of the people of Azad Kashmir.
