ISLAMABAD, July 26 (Online): District and Sessions Courts Islamabad has ordered to register case against one Sidra and her partners for filing Trail-3 false rape case.
The court while accepting bail plea of the arrested accused Nauman Razaq ordered to release him.
Judge Adnan Rasool of local court of Islamabad announced the decision for accepting bail plea of the accused Nauman Razaq against surety bonds in the sum of Rs 5000.
The girl Sidra who had filed false case of rape had said while admitting fraud in her statement that she had filed this case in return for Rs 1.5 lakh. She had obtained Rs 10000 in advance out of this amount.
In the light of confessional statement of the girl the court accepted the bail plea of the accused besides ordering to register case against Sidra and her partners.
Police had declared the case false already in investigation.
