Supreme Court fixes hearing of PTI petition on restoration of election symbol bat on January 10

ISLAMABAD, JAN 08 (ONLINE): Supreme Court (SC) will hear PTI petition regarding restoration of election symbol bat on January 10.
The court summoned PTI leader Hamid Khan during the hearing of PTI petition regarding level playing field.
Upon it he came on rostrum.

The Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Qazi Faez Isa asked Hamid Khan should his petition be not fixed tomorrow.

Hamid Khan requested to fix the petition for today.
The CJP remarked there is 9-member bench today too and a special bench as well.

Hamid Khan said our priority is today, Otherwise it be fixed for January 10.

The CJP inquired has he come against the decision or it is petition of 3/184.

Hamid Khan said we have come in SC against Peshawar High Court (PHC) decision in 3/185.
The CJP remarked if the matter has not to go to judges committee then it is fixed for January 10.

The court fixed the case for hearing on January 10.
