ISLAMABAD, Oct 13 (Online): Supreme Court (SC) decision against NAB amendment has been challenged.
Advocate Farooq H Naik filed review petition on behalf of Abdul Jabbar.
It has been said in the petition SC gave decision against NAB amendment without hearing them. After decision of NAB amendment case, Accountability Court (AC) has sent reference against him to anti corruption court.
It has been further said that in the petition filed against NAB amendment, violation of any basic right was not identified. The petition against NAB amendment did not meet the requirement of article. It is therefore, requested that SC should declare null and void its September 15 decision against NAB amendment.
