ISLAMABAD, Oct 14 (Online): A 3-member bench of Supreme Court (SC) presided over by Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Qazi Faez Isa will announce reserved judgment on matter of provision of details of apex court employees on October 16.
The court had reserved judgment on September 27.
The applicant Mukhtar Ahmad had approached registrar SC in connection with details of SC employees. Former Registrar SC had refused to provide details.
The applicant resorted to Information Commission. The commission had asked the then registrar of SC to provide details.
Registrar SC had resorted to Islamabad High Court (IHC) against decision of information commission.
The applicant had approached SC after IHC had given decision against him.
