SC accepts bail plea of accused in murder case, orders to release him

ISLAMABAD, March 19 (Online): Supreme Court (SC) while accepting bail plea of an accused in murder case has ordered to release him.
A 3-member bench of SC presided over by the Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Qazi Faez Isa issued this decision on Tuesday.
The accused Hanif Khan is charged with murdering his step father over financial dispute in Swat.

The CJP inquired during hearing of the case what are the evidence against the accused.
Justice Irfan said as per record the recovery has been made on being pointed out by co-accused Zahid. On whose indication recovery has been made he has already been bailed out. Upon it the CJP accepted bail plea of the accused.

The mother of victim started crying in the court as soon the order for accepting bail was announced. She said injustice has been done with them. Threats are being received from jail that second son will also be killed. The CJP remarked your case has been decided.
Upon it the court staff removed brother and mother of the victim from rostrum.
