ISLAMABAD, SEP 21 (Online): Reserved seats matter once again has reached Supreme Court (SC).
PTI has filed petition in SC on the matter of reserved seats.
The petition was filed through counsel Uzair Karamat Bhindari Saturday.
The petition said it be declared that amendment in election act does not apply to July 12 decision. It be declared the election commission cannot refuse to implement July 12 decision. Letter from National Assembly speaker has no legal standing with in the perspective of July 12 decision.
It be declared that election commission should reject speaker national assembly letter.
Election commission be stopped from distributing reserved seats to other political parties.
