ISLAMABAD, Oct 20 (Online): Islamabad High Court (IHC) has ordered to publish result of successful candidates in the case pertaining to regularization of daily wages employees of federal government educational institutions.
On the other hand Additional Attorney General (AAG) has told the court on behalf of the government results of all successful candidates will be sent to them soon and notification will also be issued.
The order was issued by Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani of IHC Friday.
It has been said in the order education ministry should release result of successful candidates on website.
The court remarked the offer letters of successful candidates be also issued to them.
According to FPSC authorities results were sent to ministry of education on September 26.
The court remarked further hearing of the case will held on November 30.
The court has said in its decision AAG told all the process has been completed and results of successful candidates were sent to secretary federal education and professional training. They have now to take ahead the proceeding further. He presented copy of result in the court which revealed that the candidates have achieved success in the test. Further process has to be completed in respective ministry.
When asked from responsible of FPSC they told the result will soon be notified.
The court wrote in the decision despite assurance the federal ministry of education and professional training is directed to issue all results on its official website besides sending the results to successful candidates.
