RAWALPINDI, Oct 10 (Online): Lahore High Court (LHC) Rawalpindi bench on the petition for recovery of Sheikh Rashid has ordered to take action against police officers and policemen who were present at the time of arrest of Sheikh Rashid.
The court while giving CDRs and affidavit of the petitioner to RPO Rawalpindi directed read the text of affidavit and initiate legal proceedings after investigation.
The court while giving 8 days time more for recovery of Sheikh Rashid on RPO plea adjourned hearing of case till October 18.
RPO Rawalpindi Syed Khurram Ali appeared in the court.
