LAHORE, Oct 16 (Online): Lahore High Court (LHC) has issued notice to the respondents on the petition filed against appointment of Zaka Ashraf chairmnan management committee of Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).
The petition filed by citizen Hafiz Sikandar Hummayun came up for hearing before Justice Shakil Ahmad of LHC Monday.
Counsel for petitioner said this appointment cannot be made under the constitutiion of PCB.
The court issued notice to all others including election commission.
It is pertinent to mention here that Zaka Ashraf was appointed as chairman of interim administrative committee in place of Najam Sethi.
