ISLAMABAD, SEP 27 (ONLINE): PEMRA too has resorted to Supreme Court (SC) to withdraw review petition against decision of Faizabad Dharna case.
PEMRA has filed miscellaneous petition to withdraw review petition.
It has been said in the petition that review petitions against Faizabad Dharna decision are pending. Review petition is fixed for hearing on September 28 in SC. PEMRA does not want to pursue review petition. Miscellaneous petition of PEMRA be accepted.
The court is requested to allow withdrawing review petition against Faizabad Dharna decision.
