ISLAMABAD, DEC 20 (ONLINE): Accountability Court (AC) Islamabad has sought arguments on the court’s jurisdiction of hearing Park Lane reference.
The Park Lane reference against former president Asif Ali Zardari and other accused persons came up for hearing before Judge Muhammad Bashir of AC Islamabad Wednesday.
Judge Muhammad Bashir summoned arguments on next hearing on whether the court has jurisdiction of hearing this reference or otherwise.
Judge Muhammad Bashir remarked decision will be given on next hearing after hearing the arguments.
