ISLAMABAD, SEP 21 (ONLINE): NAB has sent record of 81 corruption references of billion of rupees to Accountability Court (AC).
Under the directive of Judge Muhammad Bashir of Accountability Court (AC), the record of NAB cases will be scrutinized and sent to the respective accountability courts.
The record of NAB cases in respect of former president Asif Zardari, Nawaz Sharif, Yousuf Raza Gillani has been presented in AC.
NAB cases record in respect of Murad Ali Shah, Sharjeel Memon, Omni group, Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, Miftah Ismail has been submitted in AC as well.
During the meeting of NAB investigation officers with registrar AC, elementary review of legal aspects of NAB cases has been made. The meeting continued over half an hour.
Registrar AC directed the investigation officers should present NAB cases record one by one.
