LAHORE, August 12 (Online): Lahore High Court (LHC) has issued written order regarding the petition filed against transfer of over 100 prosecutors.
According to decision notification regarding transfer of prosecutors will remain suspended till next hearing.
Justice Raheel Kamran Sheikh issued written order on the petitions.
The court issued notice to Advocate General Punjab for next hearing.
It was written in the decision that according to petitioners secretary prosecution has no powers to transfer them. The powers for transfers rest with prosecutor general Punjab.
The court while suspending the notification of transfers of prosecutors till next hearing has suspended hearing till August 15.
