LAHORE, SEP 14 (ONLINE): Khadija Shah has challenged Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) decision about granting her physical remand again in Lahore High Court.
The lawyer Sameer Khosa has taken plea in the petition the petitioner has no relevance with May 9 incidents. Police did not complete investigation despite court’s order. New clauses were included in the case instituted on political basis.
After including new clauses in the case police presented her in the court for remand again. Police action is based on malafide intent.
The court was requested to nullify the decision of trial court for granting the remand again.
