ISLAMABAD, Sep 12 (Online): Police have not filed record in Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) during the hearing of bail plea of former Chief Minister (CM) Punjab Pervaiz Elahi in judicial complex attack case.
Junior lawyer of Sardar Abdul Razzaq counsel for Pervaiz Elahi appeared in the court. Record could not be filed by police on Tuesday.
The ATC while directing police to file record remarked we adjourn the hearing of bail plea till tomorrow.
Junior lawyer of Pervaiz Elahi requested the court to adjourn the hearing of the case till September 14.
The court remarked other important cases are fixed for hearing on September 14. We fix the case for hearing on September 15.
The court adjourned the hearing of the bail plea of Pervaiz Elahi till September 15.
Through an application filed by counsel for Pervaiz Elahi it was said former chief minister Punjab is heart patient. His personal doctor be allowed to monitor thallium scan test. Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi is ready to bear expenses of thallium scan test.
The special court ordered Superintendent Adiala jail to make arrangement in respect of thallium test of Pervaiz Elahi.
