LAHORE, Sep 16 (Online): Hearing of bail plea of 34 accused involved in Jinnah house attack case has been adjourned till September 19.
Admn judge of Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Abher Gul, heard the case as duty judge.
The bail petitions of 34 accused including Khadija Shah, Sanam Javed, Robina Jamil, Samia Asad, Babar Hussain Fayyaz Ahmad and Ashma Shujja came up for hearing.
The court while directing the counsels of accused to complete arguments on next hearing adjourned the hearing of the case till September 29 on the request of prosecution.
Prosecution took the plea new judge is being appointed in ATC No 3.
Court remarked new judge will hear the bail pleas.
The case is registered against the accused in Sarwar road police station under96/23.
