ISLAMABAD, FEB 24 (ONLINE): Local court of Islamabad has extended interim bail of former interior minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmad in case of accusing former president Asif Ali Zardari of alleged conspiracy to kill PTI founder Imran Khan.
Judicial magistrate Sohail Thaheem conducted hearing of the case.
Sheikh Rashid appeared in the court along with his counsels Sardar Shehbaz and others Saturday.
On being inquired by the judge about his health Sheikh Rashid said he was unwell.
Counsel for Sheikh Rashid told the court Senor counsel Sardar Abdul Razzaq is busy in high court bar elections. He will give arguments on next hearing.
Sheikh Rashid requested to court to give some date after holy month of Ramadan.
Upon it the court while extending interim bail of Sheikh Rashid Ahmad called arguments on next hearing.
Case against Sheikh Rashid is registered in police station Abpara.
Sheikh Rashid while talking to media men in local court said “I have lost the election.
To a question about free and fair election he said how the elections have been held, media knows it all.
