IHC told on Friday to announce decision within two or three days on PTI chairman petition against judge appointment and jail trial in cipher case.

Chief Justice (CJ) of IHC Aamir Farooq said not on Monday but we will try to give decisionwithin two or three days.

The decision is likely to be announced on Wednesday.

The counsel repeatedly requested the court for early decision of the petition but the court has said to give decision in next week.

The miscelleous petition of chairman PTI seeking early announcement of decision came up for hearing before CJ IHC Aamir Farooq Friday.

Counsel Sher Afzal Marwat appeared in the court from chairman PTI side.
Sher Afzal Marwat said jail trial of cipher case has started. Decision has not come on our petition. Cipher case is again fixed for hearing on Monday.

The CJ IHC Amir Farooq remarked I will give decision within two or three days but not on Monday.

The CJ IHC inquired it has come in the media that you have objection over shifting to Adiala jail while your own petition was about shifting from Attock to Adiala jail which has been approved.

CJ IHC while moving to Sher Afzal Marwat inquired why so much debate is going on from your side in the media.

Lawyer Sher Afzal Marwat said no such statement has been given from our side officially.

He said we knew it that B class jail will be given in Adiala Jail but it was not given.

CJ IHC Aamir Farooq remarked there will be better class. There was petition of Khosa Sahb yesterday. We have issued notice.

Counsel for Imran Khan had filed petition in connection with telephonic meeting of Imran Khan with his two sons. It was admitted therein that Sher Afzal Marwat had not made any consultation with reference to transferring from Attock to Adiala jail. Imran Khan should not have been transferred from Attock to Adiala jail.
