ISLAMABAD, March 18 (Online): Islamabad High Court (IHC) has ordered Chairman CDA Anwar ul Haq and other higher authorities to appear before it in next week in contempt of court case.
The contempt of court case against chairman CDA for not complying with court’s orders came up for hearing Monday.
Justice Babar Sattar heard the contempt of court plea.
IHC summoned chairman CDA Anwar ul Haq. Chairman CDA, Member Estate Board and DG Land should appear before the court next week.
The court remarked transferring properties to citizens according to law is responsibility of CDA. IHC had issued order which was not implemented. Upon it contempt of court petition was filed against Chairman CDA and others.
The court while issuing this order adjourned the hearing of the case till next week.
