ISLAMABAD, Oct 04 (Online): Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued notices to interior secretary, IG Islamabad and all respondents on the petition filed by former MNA Ali Wazir seeking dismissal of terrorism case against him.
The petition came up for hearing before single bench of IHC led by Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb Wednesday.
Lawyer Atta Ullah Kundi appeared on behalf of the petitioner in the court.
Atta Ullah Kundi said during the hearing of the case one case was registered and after 15 minutes another case of terrorism was registered.
Citing to Supreme Court (SC) Sughra Bibi case Kundi requested the court to dismiss the terrorism case against his client declaring it illegal.
The court while issuing notices to the respondents adjourned the hearing of the case till next week.
