ISLAMABAD, Oct 05 (Online): Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued important directive in 190 million pounds case.
The court directed director industries and labor department to decide on the application of registration within two weeks in case against delay in registration under new trust act in 190 million pounds case.
The case came up for hearing before single bench of IHC led by Justice ,Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb Thursday.
IHC remarked the petition filed by petitioner in connection with registration be decided within two weeks.
Justice Miangul Hasan Aurangzeb inquired from state counsel why you are worrying about doing what is your job. Tell us if you have not to do registration.
The court adjourned the hearing of the case for two weeks.
