ISLAMABAD, DEC 23 (Online): Islamabad High Court (IHC) has declared the results of the November 2022 MD Cadre entrance test valid for two years.
It has been said in IHC decision that results of the November 2022 MD Cadre entrance test is valid till November 2024.
Justice Mian Gul Hassan Aurangzeb of IHC while announcing decision wrote petitioner Liba Rouf, successfully passed the MD Cadre exam in November 2022.
When the petitioner passed the test, the result was valid for two years as per law.
The petitioner challenged PMDC public notice dated July 14, 2023.
PMDC had said in the notice admission will not be given in 2023 to those who passed MD cadre in 2022. According to 2021 Regulations MD cadre results of November 2022 are valid for two years. This right cannot be withdrawn from petitioner through subsequent administrative decision. MD cadre result of the petitioner will be valid from November 2022 to November 2024.
it was further said in the decision PMDC will pay the expenses incurred by the petitioner in the case,
