ISLAMABAD, OCT 17 (ONLINE): Hearing of cases including PTI chairman petitions for providing to him details of cases against him, restraining police from arresting him in other cases and non-Shariah nikkah has been cancelled.
Chief Justice (CJ) Islamabad High Court (IHC) Aamir Farooq cancelled regular cause list for Tuesday.
Due to it hearing of chairman PTI and Bushra Bibi petition seeking dismissal of Nikkah during iddat perios case was cancelled.
Cause list pertaining to provision of details of cases to PTI chairman and restraining police from arresting him in other cases was also cancelled.
The CJ IHC heard cases in single bench which were included in urgent cause list.
CJ IHC will hear cases in division bench which are included in urgent cause list only.
List of old cases fixed for hearing before two members bench was also cancelled.
