ISLAMAABAD, Oct 05 (Online): Hearing of petition by Bushra Bibi wife of chairman PTI for security and protection of her husband Imran Khan in jail has been adjourned till next week.
The petition came up for hearing before Chief Justice (CJ) Islamabad High Court (IHC) Aamir Farooq Thursday.
Latif Khosa counsel for Bushra Bibi prayed the court permission be given to provide home cooked food to chairman PTI. It is difficult to offer prayers in the cell where PTI chairman is kept.
He further said it has been our history whosoever becomes president or Prime Minister becomes guest of Adiala or Attock jail later.
CJ IHC remarked I will issue order on what court can do.
The court while issuing notices to the respondents adjourned the hearing of the case till next week.
